A majority of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining occasionally combined with nuclear positivity. Strong staining was observed in the intestine, gall bladder, seminiferous duct cells and neurons in cerebral cortex. The lung, liver, prostate, glial cells, squamous epithelium and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
