Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in urinary bladder, hepatocytes, proximal tubules, small intestine and in chief cells of stomach. Other normal tissues, including mesenchymal cells, were in general negative.
HPA012513
Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Additional moderate nuclear staining was also observed in some cases. Hepatocytes in liver and macrophages in lung showed strong staining. Squamous epithelia and cells in female genital tract were weakly stained or negative.
CAB033869
Most normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. Neuronal cells, glial cells, skin, cells in seminiferus ducts, myocytes and smooth muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
