Cardiac and skeletal myocytes showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. A subset of renal tubules exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.

Skeletal muscle showed strong cytoplasmic positivity whereas heart and smooth muscle were moderately stained. Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in the majority of normal tissues. Additional membranous positivity was observed in intestinal glands. Purkinje cells exhibited strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Squamous epithelia, glial cells, germinal center cells and mesenchymal cells were negative.
