Staining summary
HPA011036 Moderate to strong cytoplasmic, often granular staining in most normal cells. Dot like staining in proximity to nuclei was seen in skeletal and smooth muscle. Neuronal cells displayed strong immunoreactivity. Testis, parathyroid and thyroid gland were also strongly positive.
HPA011057 Moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining was seen in almost all normal tissues. Staining pattern was granular. Astrocytes in CNS showed strong staining. Renal tubules showed additional membranous staining.
