Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. A subset of glial cells exhibited strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Pneumocytes, bile duct cells, cells in glomeruli, trophoblastic cells, fibroblasts and the lymphoid tissues were negative.

Gastrointestinal tract, squamous epithelia, bone marrow, smooth muscle, breast, uterine glands, fallopian tube and kidney showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Distinct positivity was observed in the tail of spermatids. Remaining normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.
