Staining summary
HPA043400 Normal tissues showed moderate to strong granular cytoplasmic staining. Cilia in respiratory epithelia and fallopian tube showed strong positivity. Lung, liver, cells in glomeruli, squamous epithelia, placental trophoblasts, myocytes along with glial cells and the lymphoid tissues were negative.
HPA045497 Strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining was observed in Purkinje cells. Neuronal cells, glial cells, endothelial cells in CNS and cardiac myocytes showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Gastric glands showed moderate membranous positivity. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
