Hepatocytes displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Gall bladder and Leydig cells of testis showed nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were mainly negative.

Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining and occasional nuclear positivity. Strong staining was observed in gastrointestinal tract, hepatocytes, breast glands, epididymis, prostate and astrocytes. Mesenchymal cells were negative.

A subset of adrenal glandular cells displayed strong cytoplasmic and membranous while Leydig cells exhibited strong membranous staining. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in endocrine cells in stomach. Respiratory epithelia and Purkinje cells showed weak to moderate immunoreactivity. Remaining normal cells were negative.

Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in Purkinje cells and heart myocytes.
