A majority of normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often with a granular pattern. Strong immunoreactivity was observed in trophoblasts of placenta, Leydig cells of testis, exocrine pancreas and in few glandular epithelia. Blood vessels in the CNS and subsets of immune cells were strongly stained.
HPA028747
Moderate to strong cytoplasmic, often granular, immunoreactivity was observed in most normal tissues. Cells in CNS and muscle were weakly stained or negative.
CAB019394
Distinct cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern was observed in male genitalia, urothelium and the intestine. Normal tissues in general were negative.
