Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed weak nuclear positivity or were negative. Paneth cells in the gastrointestinal tracts were strongly stained in the cytoplasm. Glandular cells of gall bladder, cells in seminiferus ducts of testis and neuronal cells of CNS were moderately stained in the nucleus.
