Most normal tissues were negative. Myocytes in heart expressed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity and some neuronal cells in CNS showed moderate cytoplasmic staining.

Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in cells in seminiferus ducts, seminal vesicle, neuronal cells, bronchus and cardiac myocytes. The lung, hepatocytes, placenta, breast, prostate, mesenchymal cells and glial cells were negative.
