Strong nuclear and cytoplasmic staining was displayed in glial cells in CNS, peripheral nerves and a subset of immune cells and adipocytes. Moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in several normal tissues including glandular cells in the gastrointestinal tract, gall bladder, prostate and epididymis and in urothelial cells. Most remaining tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Strong staining was displayed in neuropil in CNS, as well as in peripheral nerves and ganglion cells. Other normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
