Normal tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. A subset of cells in small intestine showed strong cytoplasmic staining with distinct extracellular positivity. Lung pneumocytes, exocrine pancreas and skeletal myocytes showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Liver, islet cells, adrenal, breast, prostate and the lymphoid along with CNS tissues except Purkinje cells were negative.

Moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity was observed in pancreas, the intestinal tract, placental trophoblasts, Leydig cells, Purkinje cells and cardiac myocytes. Additional membranous staining was observed in small intestine and fallopian tube. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
