Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in squamous epithelia, gastrointestinal tract and fallopian tube. Neuronal cells and skeletal myocytes showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Intercalated discs in cardiac myocytes were distinctly stained. Alveolar cells, bile ducts, thyroid, seminiferous ducts, glial cells and spleen were negative.
