Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional nuclear staining was observed in neuronal cells, adrenal gland, hematopoietic cells and parathyroid. Hepatocytes, renal tubules and neuronal cells were strongly stained. Pneumocytes, salivary glands, cells in glomeruli and prostate were weakly stained or negative.

Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity, often combined with nuclear staining, was observed in most normal tissues. Neurons and gastrointestinal glands demonstrated strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Lymphoid cells outside the reaction centers showed strong nuclear expression.
