Weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity was observed in a majority of normal tissues. Renal glomeruli, glial cells, endometrial stromal cells and myocytes showed strong nuclear staining.

Cardiac myocytes, smooth muscle cells, cells in molecular layer in cerebellum, endothelial cells, glial cells, germinal center cells in tonsil and mesenchymal cells showed strong nuclear positivity. Adrenal gland, skeletal muscle, cells in granular layer in cerebellum and subsets of cells in seminiferus ducts showed moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
