Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often with a granular pattern. Strong staining was observed in intestinal tract, pancreatic islets, adrenal gland, kidney, decidual cells, seminiferous ducts and prostate. The lung, urothelium, skin, breast, hematopoietic cells and muscle cells were negative.

Strong dot like cytoplasmic staining was observed in small intestine and cells in seminiferus ducts. Glandular cells in large intestine, gallbladder, hepatocytes, islets of Langerhans, parathyroid, kidney, decidual cells and prostate were moderately positive. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
